Series HP Multi-stage Nitrogen Regulator

BOC’s high-pressure multi-stage regulator is designed for precise control of very high-pressure nitrogen systems. The large surface area of the diaphragm gives accurate performance up to 42 bar. The BOC multi-stage regulators are designed to give constant, accurate delivery of the required pressure of gas, without the need for continuous readjustment. The high-pressure 42-bar nitrogen regulator has a heavily finned first-stage bonnet. This is designed to provide adequate dissipation of any cooling as a result of the pressure reduction of gas, particuarly under high-flow applications.

High-pressure testing of pressure vessels such as fire extinguisher bodies and hydraulic cylinders
High-flow applications, using nitrogen at high pressure
