Welding Nozzles

BOC welding nozzles are engineered to provide easy handling, high performance and added protection in welding and brazing operations. They are 100% performance-tested and precision-machined to provide the operator with a soft, concentrated flame for easy puddle control and excellent weld penetration. Welding nozzles feature leak-free, hand-tight fixing.

BOC welding nozzle faces can be dressed using a fine file and the orifices cleaned using the appropriate nozzle cleaner. The flame shape and nozzle performance depend heavily on orifices having sharp, square edges. They should never be bell-mouthed by using pieces of wire to clean them. Always use approved nozzle cleaners.
